JF-6450-2 GHG Pre-submerged materials is obtained after baking the Grade H
heat resistant resin soaked soft material, which is composed of polyimide films and glass fabrics. GHG pre-submerged material is featured in long period of storage, low curing temperature and short curing period. The condensate of the varnish shows excellent electric performances as well as viscosity and heat resistance. The GHG pre-submerged material has low shrinkage rate, its expansion coefficient is similar to copper and aluminum. The grade of heat resistance is Grade H. Appliction of this product is found in the insulation for copper foil and aluminum foil packed layers in low voltage coils in Grade H dry transformers, insulation against the ground and in insulation between grooves and coil turns in Grade F and Grade H motors and electrical equipments.

(1).The site should be kept clean. Dust and grease should be avoided as they might adversely affect products adhesive and electric performance.
(2).Ambient temperature should be controlled at around (30±5). Temperatures lower than that will affect levelness; while temperatures higher than that may cause back-sticking and dust can easily stick, which eventually undermine the final quality of work-pieces.
(3).Recommended curing temperature is (150±2) for 3 hours baking or (130±2) 5 hour in oven. If conditions allow, certain pressure should be applied during curing so as to promote mechanical properties effectively.
(4).This product is valid for 6 months under 25. Please use it during this period.
